I'm a 2006 graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. I spent the beginning of my career practicing in a family clinic in rural Indiana. In 2012 I moved to Chicago where I practiced in a fast paced clinic that focused on posture and structural rehabilitation. I've been able to work with patients of all ages including pediatrics. I have been trained in Chiropractic Biophysics, Sacral Occipital Technique, Cox Flexion/Distraction, Pettibon Rehab and am certified in Webster pregnancy technique.
In 2021, my husband and I moved to Kansas City, along with our dogs, to be closer to family & for my husband to pursue a degree in Chiropractic as well. I enjoy travel, volunteering with animal rescue groups, swimming, yoga, natural health care, art & antiques.
I was blessed to have been introduced to Chiropractic by a friend in my early 20's. He shared a video with me that explained what Chiropractors do and their philosophy about treating the root cause rather than the symptoms. When the doctor in the video explained how the nervous system works and how the health of the entire body is dependent on our spinal cord, I was captivated by the possibilities. Nothing had ever made more sense to me. It felt like a light bulb moment.
